| Provena Medical Group which provides primary care and medical specialists throughout east central Illinois is pleased to announce that Lenley Jackson, M.D., Family Practice has relocated his primary care office to the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Jackson takes pride in providing traditional medical care as well as holistic options.
Dr. Jackson’s primary care clinic located at 700 South Gregory, suite A, at the corner of Oregon and Gregory, offers campus-area residents, students and staff primary care services that are close to dorms and residential neighborhoods. Located just steps from Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, the Provena Medical Group Campus Clinic location will see patients, by appointment Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. The clinic also offers dedicated parking spaces for patients as well as metered parking and FREE wireless internet service is also available in the clinic.
