Provena Health names Senior Vice President of Governance

Tracey Calver has been appointed to the position of System Senior Vice President of Governance for the Provena Health system beginning September 4. In her position, Calver will provide system-wide oversight of governance and corporate responsibility. She comes to Provena Health from the St. Joseph Health System in Orange, California.
Calver joined St. Joseph in 1999 as Corporate Counsel before being promoted to Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer in 2002. Prior to that, she served as an Associate Attorney for the law firm of McKenna & Cueno, Los Angeles. She has also worked as a Special Agent for the U.S. Department of Defense and as a Contracts Security Specialist for McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Company before attending law school.
Calver earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton and her Master of Arts degree in Criminology from California State University, Long Beach. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University Of San Diego School of Law where she also served as Editor of the University of San Diego Law Review.
