Exercise is important at any age, and the Presence Center for Healthy Living wants to help you get healthy and get fit with these exercise and fitness programs.
Community Fitness Gym
Community Fitness Gym is a medically-supervised exercise program with Exercise Specialists available for guidance.
Featuring a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art gym complete with:
- Recumbent bicycles
- Airdyne bicycles
- Elliptical trainers
- Free weights
- Stability and medicine balls
- Arm ergometer
- Seated elliptical trainer
- And more
Conveniently located on the first floor at Presence Covenant Medical Center (Room C102).
Hours of operation:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Individual: $50 per month
Couple: $75 per month
Per Session: $25 per individual session

Strong Bodies, Bones & Core (Advanced/Moderate Level)
9:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
Instructor: Brittney Cromwell, exercise physiologist
Strong core muscles are an absolute must for fall and injury prevention, better posture and overall physical well-being. The entire class includes the use and strengthening of the core muscles including all muscle groups of the back, abdominals, legs, bottom and hips. The class will also increase strength, endurance and coordination.
