How do I Make An Appointment?
A sleep evaluation can be initiated by a physician, and additional information can be obtained by calling Provena Mercy's Sleep Disorders Center at (630) 801-5850. Take our online sleep apnea quiz.

All arrangements will be made and necessary information provided. After the initial evaluation and testing procedures are performed, the referring physician is notified and treatment recommendations forwarded.

Follow up care is provided as necessary. The findings of the sleep disorders evaluation are also personally discussed with the patient by the center's staff.


Will my insurance cover it?
Sleep disorders are recognized as medical problems. Most insurance policies will pay approximately 80 percent of the fees.

However, individual insurance carriers may vary considerably in their reimbursement policies. It is suggested that patients contact their insurance companies prior to testing.

The Sleep Center staff will make every effort to assist the patient with his/her claim.
