Our Beginnings
Alliance Health is a joint venture health care delivery system. Physicians on the Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center staff have come together and created a partnership with the Medical Center to provide the full scope of health care services to our community.
The organization was incorporated in February of 1994 and since that time has established a broad base of insurance contracts to allow efficient, quality services offered by expert physicians who have been serving the community for years as well as access to the multitude of convenient and specialized care at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center.
Our physicians accept a wide variety of insurance products, further allowing you access to expert care.

Our Commitment to Customer Service
To insure that you obtain the optimum benefits from your plan, please familiarize yourself with any requirements relating to authorizations, mandatory second opinions, and utilization of in-network providers as outlined in your plan benefit summary. We would suggest that any questions related to your plan benefits be directed to the insurance plan, as they are best equipped to respond.

We attempt to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible. Most informal complaints can be resolved promptly following discussion of the problem. A formal grievance process is available through your health plan, and we will assist you in initiating those proceedings.
