Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center is very pleased to receive a 99% "mother satisfaction" rating for five consecutive quarters. This data is reported by Press Ganey, the leader in health care patient satisfaction measurement. Contributing to the satisfaction rating is the level of care. "Our staff consists of 59 compassionate and skilled nurses that provide quality care to our patients and family," says Jill Weitendorf, Patient Care Manager of the Labor and Delivery Unit .

As well as the area's most advanced Level II Special Care Nusery with extended capabilities with 14 bassinets and a neonatologist on hand 24 hours a day. Nursing staff offer extensive labor support and individualized birthing plans for each of the patients and the safety of our patients is a focus with our new LifeWings safety tools.
