Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center’s Sleep Disorder Center has pediatric sleep specialist Mohammed Saeed Homsi, MD, on staff. Dr. Homsi provides specialized treatment of pediatric sleep disorders that can affect the lives of children and their families.
In children, sleep disorders are associated with a range of additional problems, from obesity to ADHD. By diagnosing sleep disorders in children and treating them early, they have the best opportunities to learn, grow and lead a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Homsi is a sleep medicine physician with a specialty in pediatric sleep medicine. He is dedicated to his research in childhood seizures, ADHD, and pediatric sleep disorders. He completed a residency in pediatric neurology at Wayne State University in Detroit, and a sleep medicine fellowship at the VA Hospital, Detroit Medical Center in Detroit. He was also a participant of the Pediatric Residency Training Program at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago.
