Driving Directions

From the North:   Take I-57 South to Exit 312 (Kankakee).  Turn right onto Court Street.  Head west on Court Street.  Follow Court Street until you get to the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Court Street.  Turn left onto Fourth Avenue.  Go one block.  At stop sign turn right.  Provena St. Mary's Hospital Main Entrance is on the right.

From the South:   Take I-57 North to Exit 312 (Kankakee).  Turn left onto Court Street.  Head west on Court Street.  Follow Court Street until you get to the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Court Street.  Turn left onto Fourth Avenue.  Go one block.  At stop sign turn right.  Provena St. Mary's Hospital Main Entrance is on the right.

From the East: Take Rt. 17 East to Court Street.  Head west on Court Street.  Follow Court Street until you get to the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Court Street.  Turn left onto Fourth Avenue.  Go one block.  At stop sign turn right.  Provena St. Mary's Hospital Main Entrance is on the right.

From the West: Take Rt. 17 West to Court Street. Head west on Court Street.  Follow Court Street until you get to the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Court Street.  Turn left onto Fourth Avenue.  Go one block.  At stop sign turn right.  Provena St. Mary's Hospital Main Entrance is on the right.
